Can we service your wood burning stoves and wood burning fireplaces and inserts? Yes, we can service all models.

Can we service your gas or pellet burning fireplace or heating stove? At this time, we can only provide service to Travis Industries manufactured gas or pellet appliances; Fireplace Xtrordinair, Lopi and DaVinci. We truly want to help you, but here is why we need to limit service to certain brands of gas and pellet fire appliances (does not apply to wood burning inserts & heating stoves)

1. We have received training and are authorized to provide warranty and service to Travis Industries Gas and Pellet appliances. We have the expert knowledge and parts availability to service Travis products (with other brand models, we do not).

2. We have an increased demand for service. To extend our elevated level of service for our customers and to maintain exceptional quality ratings, it's important to service only Travis manufactured fire appliances.

It's always best to stick with an authorized dealer for your particular fireplace since they should have knowledge and parts availability for your brand. Thank you for your understanding!
